Professional Program
The role of a migrant pastor and church leader is very diverse. In addition to giving sermons and conducting worship and special services, a migrant pastor or church leader can also participate in activities such as religious instruction. Furthermore, he can be involved in several (care)institutions and oversee missions and evangelism activities.
In short, a migrant pastor and church leader are expected to represent their congregation adequately.
Professional Program
This unique certificate program is designed to support the growth and development of migrant pastors and church leaders by enhancing their theological knowledge and practical skills for ministry within Dutch society. Many pastors and church leaders in migrant churches may not hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree from a university, yet they have years of hands-on experience and biblical training. This program is specifically tailored for them, providing an opportunity to further develop their expertise and strengthen their impact in ministry.

Admission Requirements for Professional Program
​
• A minimum of five years in a church leadership role, such as pastor, deacon, elder, or other church functionary.
• A background in biblical studies or prior theological training.
